Money infrastructure that answers to no one — except you
LibrePay exists for one reason: accepting Bitcoin should not require handing your business to a custodian. We built the payment gateway we wanted to exist — one that can be fully compromised and still cannot move a single satoshi.
Why we built this
Most payment platforms follow the same script: they hold your money, verify your identity, take a slice of every sale, and freeze your account when an algorithm blinks. For fiat rails, merchants had no choice. Bitcoin changed that — and then most gateways quietly rebuilt the same custodial machine on top of it.
LibrePay takes the other path. Your wallet lives in your browser. Payments flow buyer → merchant directly, on-chain with per-invoice stealth addresses or instantly over your own Lightning node. We watch the public chain to confirm payments and fire your webhooks — that is all we can do. Being unable to touch your money is not a promise we make; it is a property we engineered.
What we will never compromise
Your keys, mathematically
Seeds are generated in your browser and encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they ever touch storage. Our servers only ever see public keys — spending is cryptographically impossible for us, not just policy-forbidden.
Privacy as architecture
One reusable payment code derives a unique stealth address per invoice via ECDH. The blockchain cannot link your sales together, and we could not build a profile of you even if we wanted to.

We charge a flat subscription in sats — never a percentage of your volume. Our incentive is to keep you subscribed, not to silently tax every sale you make.
Global by default
No borders, no banks, no asking for permission. The interface speaks six languages and Bitcoin speaks every one of them.
