LibrePay Cold — offline cold wallet generator
A single HTML file that creates a BIP39 cold wallet, a BIP47 payment code and receive addresses — fully offline, with zero network code. The keys never touch any server, screen-share or clipboard history: they live on your paper only.
One file, no install, no account. Open it in any browser — even with the internet completely disconnected.

After downloading, run sha256sum on the file and compare character by character. If even one character differs, do not use the file.
How to use it — 5 minutes

Download and verify
Download the file, verify its SHA-256 against the hash above, then move it to an offline device via USB.

Disconnect, then open
Cut the internet on that device completely, then open the file in the browser. The built-in crypto self-test must pass before anything else.

Generate and write on paper
Generate 12 or 24 words and write them by hand, in order, on paper. Take your time — the paper is the wallet.

Test recovery, then print
Re-type the words from the paper: the same payment code and address must appear. Print the sheet and publish only the payment code — the keys stay on paper forever.
⚠ Iron rules
No photos, no phone notes, no cloud, no chat messages — not even with support. Two paper copies in two separate places. Whoever holds the words holds the bitcoin, and no one can recover them for you.
Who is it for?
Merchants storing their revenue, platform treasuries, and anyone who wants non-custodial bitcoin savings with BIP47 payment-code privacy — a different stealth address for every payment, without ever publishing your keys.
Is it a full wallet?
It generates, verifies and backs up cold wallets. Spending arrives in the next phase (offline PSBT signing) — until then, funds stay safe and sweepable via spend-key export.
